In this course, you will:

● Apply it on two skills, perspective seeking and asking clarifying questions.
This combination of knowledge and practice will give you a robust introduction to our approach to skill development.
Jonathan Reams is behind the presentation of this course. He has a PhD in Leadership Studies, teaches at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has a consulting business focused on leadership development.

Level 01 Orientation
This level has 3 informational missions, Orientation, Knowledge and Skills, and what is Learning. These lay the foundation found your practice in levels 2 and 4.

Level 02 Pespective Seeking
This level contains 4 missions. The first provides an orientation to the skill of Perspective Seeking. Then there are 3 missions that introduce the learning activities,situation awareness, skill awareness and skill emulation, applied to the skill of perspective seeking.

Level 03 Deepening Knowledge
This level has 4 missions that build on the initial information in level 1 and the practice in level 2. The Active Observer, Motivation and Learning, The Learning Cycle (VCoL), and Concrete to Abstract Skills. These missions will deepen your knowledge of Adeptify's natural learning model.

Level 04 Deepening Practice
This level takes all of the knowledge from levels1 and 3, and the first practice from level 2 and applies it to developing your skill for asking clarifying questions.
